Exclusive: Troy to be shot in Comino

Mayor Francis Cauchi had a cordial meeting with Mr. Simon Marsden (Location Manager for Latina Pictures) regarding the shooting of the epic 'TROY'. Shooting is set to start shortly in the beautiful island of Comino which forms part of Ghajnsielem. Several points were discussed with the most important issue being that of a special permit from various departments. The Mayor was also invited to attend for the shooting. The movie is starring Brad Pitt (Achilles), Eric Bana (Hector), Orlando Bloom (Prince Paris of Troy) and Sean Bean (Odysseus) among others.

The Plot Synopsis:
Hector (Bana) is the Prince of Troy, who leads the Trojan army in holding off the entire Greek armada, led by Achilles (Pitt). It is Hector's brother, Paris (Bloom), who steals the beautiful Helen away from her husband, Menelaus, the king of Sparta, and prompts the 10-year war between Greece and Troy.
