St. Joseph the Worker celebrated

The Ghajnsielem parish celebrated the feast of St. Joseph the Worker. The feast, better known as 'San Guzepp Haddiem' is usually celebrated on the first Sunday of May, but this year it was postponed due to the Diocese Congress.

An orchestra, with the participation of Lauretana Choir, under the direction of Mro Frankie Debono and Lelio Spiteri accompanied the High Mass.

A procession accompanied by the St Joseph Band Club was then held afterwards.

St. Joseph is also the patron of the Band Club. Members of the Club’s Committee were also present for Mass. This mass was also part of the Band’s 75th Anniversary Celebrations program.
