Xuereb's work to be auctioned for charity

For the second year running, ‘The Maltese Charities Association’ of London, has confirmed that they would be helping Gozitan charity organizations following the request made by Ghajnsielem sculptor Joe Xuereb to the Association. During this year’s Gala dinner that took place at the Landmark Hotel in London just before the Yuletide period, Xuereb’s medium-sized sculpture fetched a record price of Stlg.£2300 - being auctioned by the renowned Boneham auctioneers.

It has been agreed already that both Ghajnsielem based Eden Foundation and Oasi Foundation of Victoria will benefit from Xuereb’s sculpture proceeds.
