Ghajnsielem
Celebrates Sixth Title

1st May 2005)
May 1st, 2005 was a special day in the long and
storied history of Ghajnsielem F.C. The Club clinched the
sixth championship in their history with a 2-0 victory in a
nail biting encounter against main challengers Xewkija Tigers
played in front of 3,000 people, a record for a regular season
league match. It was also Ghajnsielem's eleventh league win in
a row.
Edoardo do Nascimento
and N'dayi Kalenga scored the all-important goals. After the match
President of the GFA Mr Joe Cordina presented the
trophy to Ghajnsielem F.C. Hundreds of fans not only
witnessed the conquest of the Club's sixth top-tier title but
