Friday:  Ghajnsielem starts weekend of celebrations
(Friday, 26th August 2005)

The weekend celebrations kicked off today with the famous "March tal-Balzunetta". St Joseph Band and Xewkija's 'Prekursur' played marches in Mgarr Road, accompanied by the statue of Our Lady of Home. The march ended in the main square where the statue was put up on a pedestal set.
