The fifth day of activities was dedicated to the sick and elderly. The first activity of the day was a cultural day trip around Gozo organized by the Ghajnsielem Local Council. Over 40 people attended to this activity.

The main officials of the Local Council, St Joseph Band Club, Ghaqda Armar and Ghajnsielem F.C. also brought joy to many elderly and sick people when they visited their homes late in the afternoon. The homes visited were selected according solely on the basis of requests made by the families concerned and were primarily offered to the sick and the elderly confined to their homes. The happiness that these visits brought to the homes of the sick and the elderly was tangible. Many wanted to offer refreshments as they chatted about their personal experiences throughout the years .
