The Cultural Committee met
for the second time this evening in order to finalize
the activities for the Ghajnsielem week. The activities
will start on Sunday 3rd December when the Statue of Our
Lady of Loreto will be taken out of its Niche marking
the first day of a whole week of celebrations. A
Photographic Exhibition will also be inaugurated after
the mass.
The whole week of activities
will practically involve all the main organizations in
Ghajnsielem and will include day trips, get-together
events, gala dinner, festivals, competitions and even a
youth night. Although the programme of activates is
still provisional, this will give a clear indication of
what the Ghajnsielem Week will offer for the local
people.
