A photo exhibition depicting the illustrious history of the Ghajnsielem Football Club was inaugurated today by Mayor Francis Cauchi and Mr. Peter Caruana, Ambassador of the Club.

After a short speech by the Mayor and Club President, Archpriest Fr. Frankie Bajada blessed the exhibition which is being held at the Ghajnsielem FC Hall. It will remain open until Sunday 26th August (Feast of our Lady of Loreto). Some of the photos date back to the year 1936 while others show the ups and downs of the Blacks during the last 70 years.

The exhibition will be opened as follows :
Thursday 16th - Monday 27th August from 7:00pm till 9:00pm
Sunday 19th and Sunday 26th August from11:00am till 1.00pm and 5:00pm till 7:00pm

The exhibition is being organized in collaboration with Ghajnsielem Local Council. Those individuals who have a private photo collection showing the Blacks in action are being urged to pass them to the club in order to add them to their album. All photos will be returned.
