The external celebrations
for the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto started today
with the Ghajnsielem Fest Music festival. Many local talents
took part in the event which was presented by Lelio Spiteri
and Lorietta Buttigieg. The main square was literally
crowded with people from all over Gozo.
The main attraction of the
night was Olivia Lewis with her famous hits 'Vertigo' and
'Deja Vu'. Olivia
represented Malta in the 2007 Eurovision Song Festival held in
Helsinki, Finland. Klinsmann Coleiro who placed 3rd in
the same contest also took part. Famous Maltese radio presenter
John Muscat also
entertained and shared jokes with the audience.
Ghajnsielem
Fest is an annual event organized by the Ghajnsielem
Local Council and was broadcasted live on Ghajnsielem's Radju
