Players, members and supporters crowded the main hall of the Grand Hotel for a Christmas Gala Dinner organized by the Ghajnsielem Football Club. This was the first time that the club organized the Christmas dinner in this format and the event turned out to be a success following the good attendance.

President Raymond Grech made a short speech thanking all the volunteers, supporters and all those who are involved in the running of the club. Raymond Grech also motivated all the players to play as one team while making an extra effort to bring a major cup or the league back to Ghajnsielem once again. The guests also had the opportunity to win several spot prizes donated by the main sponsors of the club.

As part of the fundraising activities, the club is also organizing a pasta-night to all members on Friday 25th January 2008, 7.30pm at the Club's premises.
