Tour Itinerary:

Day 1
Friday 31st August

Boarding our early morning flight, we're off on the adventure  We can already feel the energy of the Eternal City as our plane touches down in Rome. After making the check-in at the hotel, we visit St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in Christendom. With our expert guide we'll tour the VATICAN Museums, the tomb of St John Paul II and surrounding areas. We will also have a relaxing dinner in our hotel.

Day 2
Saturday 1st September

Today we Sightsee ROME, the Eternal City, where you will visit places like the grandiose Colosseum. Pantheon dome, Piazza Venezia, Fontana Di Trevi etc. After some free time for shopping and personal sightseeing we will also visit the city of TIVOLI and in particular the Villa d' Este. We will then spend the rest of the evening at a glorious restaurant filled with wonderful food (included in the price), glorious song, flowing wine and the company of our family and friends.

Day 3
Sunday 2nd September

For most of us, today's visit to the medieval city of TOLFA will be a treat. Tolfa is twinned with Ghajnsielem and many Ghajnsilmizi already enjoy a close relationship with the local people.  Today, Tolfa also happen to be celebrating their titular feast and therefore we can expect an unforgettable day with our Italian friends!

Day 4
Monday 3rd September

This morning we visit CINECITTA, one of the largest large shopping-malls in the region offering more then 100 department stores under one roof! In the afternoon we will drive through the rolling hills of Umbria to enjoy a visit to the charming, medieval hilltop town of ORVIETO, famous for its Gothic cathedral and dry white wine. A short drive away is the city of CASCIA where we will visit the monastery dedicated to St. Rita.

Day 5
Tuesday 4th September

We bid farewell to Rome, as the hustle and bustle of the city turns into the tranquillity of the countryside. We visit the historical centre of Assisi and St. Francis Basilica. Then we head to PERUGIA before arriving to our Final destination, RIMINI, famously known for its sandy beaches, vibrant bars and discos and plain relaxation. Here we will spend the rest of the three nights of our stay in Italy.

Day 6
Wednesday 5th September
We are off to LORETO -  the city that every Ghajnsilmiz dreams to visit.  Here we will have a full day of activities including a visit to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Loreto.

Day 7
Thursday 6th September

This morning we'll drive to the magical city of VENICE. In Venice everything floats. Not only the gondolas, launches, barges and vaporettos on the Grand Canal, but also the buildings and the people float. Our tour leader will take us for a walking tour, seeing St. Mark's Square, the great Byzantine Basilica the Ducal Palace and the Rialto Bridge. Tonight is our Farewell Dinner at the hotel.
