The external celebrations for the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto started today with the Ghajnsielem Fest Music festival. Many local talents took part in this show which was presented by Lelio Spiteri and Lorietta Buttigieg. Although this year the event was held on Wednesday, the main square was literally crowded with people from all over Gozo. Famous Maltese presenter Tony Vella populary known as ' Il-Majsi' entertained and shared jokes with the audience.

The main attraction of the night was Morena with her famous hits 'Vodka' and 'Casanova'. Morena represented Malta in the 2008 Eurovision Song Festival.  Claudia Faniello whose songs placed 2nd and 3rd in the same contest also took part with her hits 'Caravaggio' and 'Sunrise' among the others.
