During the last few days, many have noticed the erection of a large board in the area between the clubs of Ghajnsielem F.C. and St Joseph Band. The board is split in three categories. The middle part shows a large informational map showing all the street names, places of interest, zone names, tourist attractions and other interesting information related with Ghajnsielem. The map is lit up during the night.

The other two sections of the board are dedicated to informational items. The left section will be dedicated to the local organizations new while the right section will offer the Local Council and notices.

Google Maps adds Ghajnsielem Street Names

Meanwhile it is worth noting that Google has finally added a good street map for Ghajnsielem complete with street names and places of interest. Up till a few days ago, when you tried to view Ghajnsielem (or any other village in Malta) on Google Maps, all you would see was either the satellite imagery, or else, just an outline of the islands.
