The newly formed Ghajnsielem F.C. committee led by Mr Sammy Rapa held the first in a series of meetings with the supporters in order to give an update of the latest developments within the Club. The meeting was held at the Club's terrace area, just 30 days after the new committee was formed.

Mr Rapa announced that Ghajnsielem F.C. has acquired the services of the Joe Grech, a highly qualified coach who hails from Msida. The Club also presented a gift (including the 2008/9 gear) to Mr Vincent Cutajar for his services and dedication to the Club both as a player and later as a benefactor. The meeting ended with a video presentation showing the Blacks throughout the years (see video below).
