Today Ghajnsielem celebrated the solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, traditionally known as the feast of Corpus Christi. This peculiarly Catholic commemoration celebrates the institution of the Eucharist.

The 23 children who recently received the First Holy Communion took part in a short procession with the Blessed Sacrament around the main streets of Ghajnsielem and it was concluded with Sacramental Benediction. The parents and several devotees proceeded with the children.
