The 1st of May is dedicated to St. Joseph the Worker, better known in Maltese as 'San Guzepp Haddiem'. On this day, the St Joseph Band Club kept its yearly tradition of organizing a liturgical mass at the Ghajnsielem Cemetery. The religious service started at noon and was dedicated to all ex-Bandsmen, ex-Members and ex-benefactors of the St Joseph Band Club who passed away.

Meanwhile the St Joseph procession will take place on the 10th of May.
