Ghajnsielem.com is bringing you a 360° Virtual Tour and another set of photos to experience what Leli Saliba (Bufajra) and his son see every morning with their eyes as work continues on the structural intervention works on the lantern (dome) of the Ghajnsielem Archparish Church.

The restoration is taking place after cracks started to develop on the upper part, leading to water leakage and other related problems. In the coming days, the lantern (upper part of the cupola) will be rebuilt from scratch. Work is being carried out by local master mason Leli Saliba (Bufajra) and his son. The project is expected to be completed by the end of summer.
