The statue of Our Lady of Loreto was today taken back in its gothic niche among the applause and singing of the present congregation.

The statue had been taken out of its niche on Monday, 24th August, the feast week and remained on display, surrounded by votive candles and flowers throughout the days of the feast until today. 

The St Joseph Band, which were present for the first time, played Ave Maria, Innu Marcia and Viva x-Xemx as the statue was slowly moved into its niche and the huge glass door closed.
