External celebrations for the Feast of Our Lady of Loreto started today with the GhajnsielemFest Music festival. Many local talents took part in this show which was presented by Lelio Spiteri and Lorietta Buttigieg. Famous Maltese comedian Joe Farrugia known better as 'id-Dulli' entertained the crowd with his jokes and songs.

The festival kept in line with tradition and invite this year's Maltese entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest, Thea Garett. Thea's 'My Dream' was appluded by the present crown especially thanks to her amazing classical soprano voice!

Ghajnsielem Fest is an annual event organized by the Ghajnsielem Local Council. The event was broadcasted live on Ghajnsielem's Radju Lauretana. Those who missed the event can re-live highlights of the show by visiting the podcasts section.
