Activities started early In the morning with a pontifical concelebration presided by Bishop Emeritus Mons. Nikol G. Cauchi. The Te Deum hymn concluded the solemn Triduum.

At 5.30pm, the St Joseph Band performed a short march from Cordina Street to the old parish square where joined the brotherhood to accompany  the holy relic to the Archparish Church. Mons Giovanni Bosco Gauci led the Pontifical Translation of the relic followed by singing of the solemn vespers and Mass.
