The second division edition of the Jum
il-Ħelsien Cup pitted the two teams
vying for the championship, Għajnsielem
F.C. and Kerċem Ajax. The two teams
exchanged goals through Marco Fenech and
George Pace during regular time. the
match went into extra-time. There was no
further scoring and Għajnsielem
eventually prevailed in the penalty
shootout 4-3. |
