Zebbug and Nadur in G.F.A. Cup final
December 31
Zebbug Rovers and Nadur Youngsters booked a place in the final of the G.F.A. Cup by beating St. Lawrence Sp. and Xaghra U., respectively by the identical score of 1-0, on New Year's Eve. Both matches were played at the Sannat Ground.

Blacks lose
December 28
Ghajnsielem F.C. suffered their first league loss of the season going down to Nadur Y. 0-2. Mark Marlow and Anthony Portelli scored Nadur's goals in the second half. In today's other match Xewkija T. beat Kercem Ajax 1-0.

Christmas Get-Together 
December 23
Tuesday evening the Club organized a Christmas Get-Together at the Grand Hotel for its supporters, coaches and players.

Youths day  
December 22
The Club organized a series of events in appreciation of the Club's youths. Players and coaches from the Under/10, Under/12 and Under/14 sides enjoyed an afternoon at Kercem's 5-a-side pitch and then a get-together at the Club.

Blacks foiled at the death  
December 21
Ghajnsielem looked to have done enough to get all three points against Zebbug R. after nursing an early 1-0 goal lead (Jeremy Camilleri) right up to the 85th minute. But unbeaten and untied leaders Zebbug R. salvaged a point thanks to a Sylvan Galea strike, following a Leandro Quinhone free-kick directed on to the bar by John Eboh.

Victoria H. beat Sannat Lions  
December 21
After three straight losses, Victoria Hotspurs obtained their first points of the season with a 3-2 win over Sannat Lions. 

Under/12 beat Xaghra U.
December 14
The Club's Under/12 side secured an impressive 2-1 victory over Xaghra United earlier today in the first match of the championship pool. Ferdinand Apap put the Blacks ahead in the first half. However, Xaghra equalized before the break. Justin Buttigieg settled the issue with a goal in the 2nd half. He beat the Xaghra keeper with a long range effort. 

Zebbug Rovers sole leaders
December 13
Nadur Y. and Xewkija T. featured in a dramatic 4-4 draw today at the Gozo Stadium. Earlier, in a meeting between two unbeaten sides, Zebbug Rovers and Kercem Ajax, Zebbug emerged victorious 3-1. The Rovers have thus won all their three league matches this season and are sole leaders of the first division.

N'dayi Kalenga is back in town
December 9
The Blacks' Congolese striker, N'dayi Kalenga was back in training today, after his three week absence from a trip back to Cyprus. He returned to Malta accompanied by his family, and by team mate Mbueko Dominique's wife and son.

Zebbug Rovers win the Noel Vassallo Cup
December 8
Zebbug Rovers beat Nadur Youngsters 3-0 to win the second edition of the Noel Vassallo Cup.

It finally happened
December 7
Ghajnsielem F.C. beat Victoria Hotspurs 2-1 in a pulsating league encounter at the Gozo Stadium. The Victoria side took the lead late in the first half through Reuben Mercieca. Three minutes later Ghajnsielem equalized by way of a stunning goal from Mbueko Dominique, the Blacks' Congolese foreigner, direct from a free-kick. The two sides wasted glorious scoring opportunities before Joseph Attard II settled the issue with a goal eight minutes from time.

Pre-match report
December 7
The Blacks have confirmed that they will be without  N'dayi Kalenga and goalkeeper Jeffrey Grima in today's fixture against Victoria Hotspurs. Kalenga is on compassionate leave, while Grima is out with an ankle injury sustained earlier this week in training. Eric Mercieca is expected to make his first start of the season in goal. Errol Grima is expected to return to the side to fill in for the Congolese striker.
