What time do we
check-in?
Check in time is 1.30pm (unless otherwise stated). Check out time
is at 11:30am. If you have a night-flight please let
us know. We can arrange for you to stay at the
farmhouse till late afternoon if there are no other
immediate bookings.
Do you recommend a car during our stay in
Gozo?
Amenities are very close. A supermarket is situated
just a few meters away from the farmhouse while you
can also visit the village centre (5 minutes by walk) where
you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars
and other amenities. But unless you are planning to
stay in Xaghra, we strongly recommend that you rent
a car during your stay. It is definitely the best
way to explore the beautiful island of Gozo.
What are the rental rates? Do you offer
long-term stay?
Rates are seasonal and depend on the number of persons staying in
the farmhouse and your length of stay. You can check
the latest rates and offers by
clicking here. Long term rental is
also considered and, once again, rates vary
according to your length of stay. Always contact us
for an exact quotation.
What is included in your quoted prices?
Change of linen every week,
free pool maintenance plus all water/electricity and
gas expenses. For those staying more than 7 nights,
they will also receive a free welcoming food pack.
After the booking is confirmed, when and how do we pay?
When a booking is confirmed from both sides, a
deposit of 20% is to be paid so that your
accommodation is reserved for the requested dates. The rest of the balance is settled
upon your arrival. Please always check and confirm
the availability of the farmhouse before sending any
deposit.
Deposit can be transferred either online via our
secure Paypal payment system (by clicking the "Pay
Now" button below) or by cheque
payable to 'Stellies Grima' and sent by post on the
following address:

How

Can you prepare a
starter pack for us on arrival?
Food packs can be prepared
according to your specifications by ourselves at an
extra charge. For those staying more than 7 nights,
we will provide it free of charge.
If we have any problems or need an extra service
during our stay, who will be our contact person?
The housekeepers will give you
their contact details upon arrival. They will be
glad to assist you throughout your stay.
Is the pool in freshwater or salt water?
The pool is regularly
maintained with fresh water. A free pool
maintenance service is offered once a week.
If we cancel our
booking do we get a refund?
Sorry but the deposit is not refundable.
Are we allowed to bring pets with us?
No pets are allowed at the
accommodation place.
Can we increase the
number of persons who will stay with us at the
farmhouse after the bookings are confirmed?
If you wish to increase the
number of persons who will be staying at the
farmhouse please inform us beforehand. Always remember that the
maximum number of persons allowed is 12.
Do you organise
transfers/car hire?
Just book your flights and
send flight details and we will organise all the
rest for you.
I am finding it
difficult to understand the exact location of the farmhouse. Is it possible
to provide assistance on directions?
If you are coming by car, taxi
or bus, we would be glad to meet with you at the
Xaghra's main square (Piazza) and guide you to 'Ta Cikka'
farmhouse. A bus stop stage is located just 10
meters away with direct route service to Victoria,
Marsalforn, Ramla Bay and Mgarr Harbour. Please
